Is it a normal event that when I use the Cht:Climate cheat, then e.g. banks (existing ones!) start to behave as arctic banks as opposed to temperate banks (i.e. they don't produce any valuables)? And when I set the climate back to temperate, the bank doesn't start producing valuables. Also happened with Sawmill: no more goods...

I don't know much about how this cheat works, but since TTD doesn't expect the climate to change during playing, it may have unexpected side effects...
