Retrograde Podcast - Transport Tycoon!

Post by Retrograde_jack »

UPDATE:-
For anyone who would like to hear the podacst you can here

ORIGNAL:-

Hello everyone!

My name is Jack Marshall and I’m the host of a podcast called Retrograde (http://www.csicon.org/podcasts/retrograde/) where we review an old-school game every two weeks. This week we’re looking at TTD/OpenTTD. The reason I’m writing here is that there are two things I was going to ask for :-

1. If anyone has any suggestions of what you would like use to consider when playing the game, or for what we should talk about in the show? Any questions for us, ideas, things we should consider or know about the game, any trivia or facts about the game etc.

2. To see if anyone here on the TT forums would like to sponsor the episode. Its only $10 to sponsor and can be done easily with a pay-pal account. We’ll read out any advertisement you want for whatever product, service, or website you may have.

Thanks for you time,

Jack Marshall
Host of Retrograde

Do you mean within the forum? Or in general the wrong website?

I'm happy to re-post somewhere else if you can point to the best forum for this request.

EDIT : AHHH! Just got that this is a forum for general real-world Transport! D'oh! I'll fix it now :-) Thanks for pointing this out to me. I've reported the topic to the admins.

I moved this to the Off-Topic forum, but left a redirect in the General Transport Discussion forum.

The podcast is hosted on the CSICON network. CSICON.org is a site that focuses on the latest news and opinions regarding movies, television, gaming, tech, society, comics and other things that may or may not fall into the convenient umbrella term of “geek culture”.

The site currently sees an excess of 2000 unique visitors daily with a total of 142568 page views having been served during May 2012. The podcasting wing of the CSICON Network is doing well and is listened to by hundreds of listeners daily. Retrograde episodes, combining website downloads and Itunes get around 300-500 listens.
