Hey! I don't really know why Ive taken so long to start a screenshot thread, since ive been playing since long before i registered here, but here it is!

January 1832, the Hapwell Fish Co. begins operations in the local bay area exploiting the rich fishing grounds and provide food to the surrounding area. Sending the scaly little buggers to the numerous fisheries located on the small islands in the area seemed an attractive endeavor for investors. $200,000 was raised to begin acquiring assets.

The company incurred deep debt to purchase the numbers of clipper ships needed for the fishing operations, but a small profit was trickling in.


The horse drawn carriges would not be enough to carry the glut of passengers, so the board decided to experiment with the newly invented "Iron Horse"

This new mode of transport proved exceptionally popular and train #2 was soon on the line along with new sidings.

The passenger load is so immense yet another train is needed. The line is double tracked to keep them moving in an efficient manner.

Profits are slim, but steady. The debt is crushing.

shortly after adding a 4th train, the Grasshoppers are replaced by new, far more powerful, Norris locomotives. Each pulling up to 80 passengers up the tough grade to the Hotel. Plans are being drawn up to haul grain to island based breweries in hopes of a lucrative return on Alcohol shipments.
