Missing sugar refinary. Just getting green box.

For some reason when ever a sugar refinary is built insted of seeing it I get a rectanglar green box insted.

I've tried re-downloading OpenTTD but still getting the same issue.

Any ideas what I've done wrong.

Are you playing with an old version of the FIRS industry set NewGRF?
If so, then yes, it had coloured boxes as place holders for industries that were not yet drawn.
