Welcome to the forums!
Its best if you download (via online content) several AIs, to see which is best for you. Once downloaded, they should start automatically, some months after you start.
I personally would recommend AroAI, but i'm a bit biased

I went to the content download, butt load of stuff showed on the list but no AroAI or any other AI(used also the search option there).
All items on the list are of tie NewGRF.

again my Lord Aro,I figured out that when i access the content download from the MAIN menu I can see AIs !!!!! hurah!!

Yeah, AIs are, well, AIs, not NewGRFs
AroAI uses the latest version of the AI API so you need 1.1.0(-RC2) or a recent nightly to play with it
