TTD crashes while starting

I reinstalled TTD, and now it just reports "Illegan action" or something when starting, but here's the crash log if it helps.

(Untill i remember to set game gfx and ttpatch to 95 compatibility

The error seems to be somewhere in the sprite handling. So try reinstalling the new graphics too.

Problem solved

It was those .grf files that were converted from .exe files, TTD didn't accept them for somehow.

hmm, thats odd, could you pm me the grf file?
I don't see any possible reason why it shouldn't work with the created grf file...
