Locomotion Graphics Problem

Locomotion won't seem to run on my Windows 7 Ultimate x64 machine. See the attached screenshot for what it looks like when it runs.

Correction; Will run, just starts with horrible garbled graphics, looks like its been run through a blender. Music still runs. Unable to screenshot however.

You can try opening task manager and killing explorer.exe, thats what I do and I works.
