When i make mistake and start transporting gasoline from oil refinery to goods factory - it transports ( but it is writed that goods factory accepts plastic ) - when i find mistake i change chnge it for plastic car - and nothing - cars are still empty - why ?

I can't answer this. Suchlike problems are reported for the 128x128 set while the 64x64 set seems to be fine.

Fopr various reasons I can't use the 128x128 pixel tile set, so I can't help with that. I can't even do tests, to see if your report is reproducible or not.

Please contact Tomas Kubes, the maintainer of the 128x128 set. You should know him from the simu_gfx mailing list. He'll be able to help I guess.
