Order priorities for trains

I've played OpenTTD for a while now and I really like it. However something has bothered me for quite a while and I don't know how to solve this problem.
I decided to put the train depots after the train station where trains have to deliver their cargo. The idea is that after they delivered the cargo they're forced to go through a depot. This works fine, but it also puts me up with some unwanted behavior. Some trains directly head to the depots instead of unloading their cargo first. Therefore I have to make an extra piece of track where those trains will loop back to the station.

Is there a way to tell the trains to unload their cargo first before heading to the depot? The non-stop order doesn't seem to work.

If you add a 'visit depot' order in their orders, they will not look for a depot on their own any more

You can also make such an order 'conditional' which, in my humble opinion, works nicely. In other words you can set up the conditional order in such a way that the train will only go to the depot if it needs service. If it does not need service it will go about its usual routine. For more information on conditional orders CLICK HERE. If that still fails to answer your questions set up a test game and fiddle about with them for a while until you get the hang of it. It is well worth the extra effort.

Why not just disable servicing? When u use flrced servicing they will still service when going into the depot...
