I don´t think a discussion on this forum would be really useful, simply because most of the information is only available in German, e.g. the alternative concept.

And BTW, there´s already a discussion about S21 on the German tt-forums.

Well, it's not "TT-Forums" as such, although there was a plan for it to be merged into these forums several years ago. But it does seem to be the other main TT community online of any reasonable size.
