I cannot install win version, because the setup needs DirectX to install too a I have not the requied DirectX. I have no DirectX in the folder. How to install the game without DirectX? Thanks

You'll need DirectX to play TTD Windows, so you'll have to download it if you haven't got it (http://www.microsoft.com/directx/).
However, I bet you do have some version of it. Go to Start

Run, type dxdiag and press Enter. What DirectX version does it say?

If he's running Windows 95 original, it may only be something like DirectX 2. I wonder if dxdiag existed back then? Hmmm...

If you're running Windows 95, 98 or ME then you should try using the DOS version, because it works on these operating systems.
