This patch is allowing you to setup, how much slower the production will be. (1x (normal) - 20x)
This patch is affecting primary industries and generation of passengers and mail at tows and HQs.
+ Cargo is not divided, so no lost cargo at all.
- Does make longer times between two production cycles.
