Compile for me please?

I have no idea how to compile OpenTTD. I have found a patch I want to include, but I have not got a clue how to include it.
http://www.tt-forums.net/download/file.php?id=120004 is the patch to include. Can anyone please compile the code with this patch included? Many Thanks!

This would be the TTDPatch forum. We can compile TTDPatch for you, but if you want something else, I recommend you ask somewhere else.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

im sorry, im kinda new to this. is it the same as OpenTTD?

TTDPatch isn't the same as OpenTTD, but that link that DaleStan showed you compiles OpenTTD.
