nope
there is a cheat you can use (ctrl+alt+c) then selecting build while in pause
there will be no movement, but you can build...
hope that helps

bwong: This is the General Transport Tycoon forum. Neither Transport Tycoon nor Transport Tycoon Deluxe have build-while-paused.

Lordminor: The date in TTD stops advancing when it gets to 2070. I believe TT does the same. Just wait until then.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.
Projects: NFORenum (download) | PlaneSet (Website) | grfcodec (download) | grfdebug.log parser

I dont want to cheat. I just want to stay in one era, for example stay only with diesel/electric locomotives at that years...

Or how about slowing the days?

About slowing the days: It depends on which game you are playing.

For TT, TTD and TTDPatch: no.
For OpenTTD: Yes, with a patch.

Also, you can hop as many years you want back and forth in OpenTTD.

That depends if you want to talk Transport Tycoon or another game.
In case of another game then yes, this the wrong section and you could ask for your topic to be moved.
Just report your own thread and explain ...

No this is the Transport Tycoon forum.
Please click on board index to see all the games discussed around here.
Note graphics for TTDPatch and OpenTTD share their section.

The first one is the only one needed, the second is for debugging.

Try using "http://forum.openttd.org" to get to the OpenTTD Forum.

Merry Christmas!
