hello there is problem with my ttd when i start single player there are some other companies that they didn't build and they cost 1$ how can i make them building!!!

What do you mean by TTD? Do you really mean TTD, or TTDPatch or OpenTTD?
And you don't mean TTD, what version of TTDPatch/OpenTTD are you talking about?

Also putting a better topic on your thread would help. That said, we really need the answer to the questions that Rubidium asked in order to help you and possible ask more specific questions.
My OpenTTD contributions (AIs, Game Scripts, patches, OpenTTD Auto Updater, and some sprites)
