TTDAlter GRF Editor plug-in [early development]

This topic will be for information on my GRF Editor plug-in for TTDAlter (even though TTDAlter doesn't support plug-ins yet - maybe I'll squash that into 4.1, instead of leaving it for 4.1.1).

Status Updates

14/08/03: The program I posted a while ago which reads an NFO and parses it all is currently where I'm at. I also have another 2 programs which attempt to read the GRF directly - one in C, and one in VB, but for various reasons, they don't work very well just now (basically, they both get all confused about the same things, and I haven't quite figured out why yet).
