AI install problem and get them to work

Post by Burege »

okay now... I saw many topics here, but none of them didn't help.
ok, my AIs doesn't work it's saying about something "can't load" "visa" "you can download them"
I can't download them with automatic install, I downloaded manually, but wich one I take of those? all?
there is six: Graph.AyStar.4 that is one of them, well where do I put them? :?:

In my documents are openTTD/content_download/ai/library and that is empy, do I put them to there?
or some guys speaked about BIN file, where it is ?( , in game directory? nope.
then in my Program files are OpenTTD installation files and the exe what opens the game. there ain't any BIN or something.

okay I need help very much, because my dad wants this game works, he is now... er... 54. well he can't speak english, so I gotta help him. he doesn't know about games anyway.
but I want this going to work too. thank you.
I hope I get reply fast.

Download all tar files from this link (http://devs.openttd.org/~yexo/ai_libraries/) and put them in OpenTTD/content_download/ai/library
Then look around in this forum for AI tar files and put them in OpenTTD/content_download/ai

Hope this helps.

The bin directory you have if you download the sources yourself and compile. Then in the OpenTTD root directory there is one directory "src" with the sources and one directory "bin" with the OpenTTD binary once you have built it.

In your case the "bin" directory is your OpenTTD directory in Program files.
