[OTTD] small map, temperate US-towns (scrabble Towns!)

[OTTD] Tempus 1
This map was made from generated map 256x256 and heavily modified, (r15665). Intended to do a bit of testing with the new AI´s and earlier vehicles, therefore starting 1830, list of used grf´s is in the third screnshot.
Note that PBI IS works even if it´s shown as non-working. Many grf´s are just my personal preference, change it if you like.

It was fun but it turned out not working as intended:
Towns were growing to big and to fast, which does not looking so good. Also the Ai had problems using the early vec´s properly.

So I got the idea to use the brand new TaI scrabble board stile town grf instead (http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=42562).
Here comes the reworked map:
