Transport Plastic/Fuel Oil

Ok, this maybe a totally dumb question, but how do you transport plastic and fuel oil from oil refineries in tropical? There are no specific wagons for this so how do you do it??

Don't you just refit the oil ones?

I cannot refit any wagons. When trains are in depot the refit option is unavailable.

What train .grf are you using or is it the default one?
