Savegame help request.

Post by kvwrd »

How to make profit, transporting grain and livestock from "Netingford West" to "Wonnbridge East" using road vehicles?

Solutions for "Tronninghal West" -> "Wonnbridge East" route also would be interesting.

This is not a Transport Tycoon savegame. You'll have to tell us what game you are using, and what version thereof.

Then report your post (that exclamation-point button) and request that it be moved to the correct forum.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.
Projects: NFORenum (download) | PlaneSet (Website) | grfcodec (download) | grfdebug.log parser

I'm sorry. It's OpenTTD 0.6.3. Please move this thread to correct forum.

;( It has low vehicle running cost, reduced breakdowns, x4 subsidy multiplier, fluctuating economy and the new AI that does not influence on game because builds nothing. Also the cities grow a bit faster than they should. That's all I know, I swear!

It's a bit strange that the vehicle runnign costs are 1000 times higher than the usual ones.

I had this happen before when I enabled 2ccset along with DBSetXL. The first electric engines of DBSetXL had a running cost of 150k per year which totally ruined me. I didn't know what happened until I discovered that the running cost was about 100x the original. I did have the multiple engine sets option turned on btw. This happened with r14575.

Just tried to do the same on purpose but it didn't work. I don't know what other grfs I had running but there was definitely a conflict because when I disabled all grfs (except DBSetXL) the running cost was down to the original...
