Help on signal disposition.

Post by nicoe »

Hello,
I don't know if this is the right forum to ask for this kind of question, if it's not do not hesitate to redirect me.
I'm new to openttd and it is with great pleasure that I can replay my games of transport tycoon. Many thanks and kudos to the team !

Anyway, I've got a little question regarding the signals. I have the design of tracks and signal attached in the png file.

I'd like
* signal A to turn red when signal C (entering Auxerre) is red.
* signal C (entering Aux.) to turn red when signals D are red (entering Aux.).
* signals D to turn red (quitting Aux.) when signal C (quitting Aux.) is red.
* signal C to turn red (quitting Aux.) when signal B is red.

I tried to replace D signals by Combo-signals but it did not work. I also tried to remove C and replacing D by Combo-signals but then A was green when B was and that's not what I want.

Does anybody have an idea ?

Make B one way signal (not presignal) and remove C.

How simple was that ! The irony is that I did exactly what you told me in another station but I forgot about it.
Thank you very much !
