problesm WITH!!!!! 32bb graphics!

Post by davidx123 »

as i thinking the best option of open ttd is the easy way to add on graphics, that are less graphics and more patches, due of the changes and they almost different game!
when i heard about the 32 bb, i of course download it.
i went for playing and i had 3 problems, that are annoying.

1)when i zoom in,the game crushes and a massage appear telling that he out of sprites.
2)zoom out lock stink, just like a dos game(or windows under safe mode)
3)the letter in masseges,or in other text are purple-pink-red,like this

is some know how to fix it????? :] :)) X( X( :]

As DaleStan would say, use a spellchecker, brush up on your grammar, and then make a bug report in the correct forum!

Read very carefully, esp. the part about spritecache and blitter

Your keyboard forces you to use incorrect grammar and spelling? Well thats a new one I must say.

The online forum version of "The dog ate my homework" I suppose.

Anyways, as I said, post a bug report in the correct forum. This is for graphics development. The only thread here where such a bug report would be fitting would be the 32bpp thread. However, I would reccomend you posting a bug report in the OpenTTD Problems forum, since well, thats what its there for.

Well, if I understand the bug report correctly, the problem is in the extra zoom patch (well, the patch does not have the problem, but some users do not seem to read the restrictions of the patch), which is in the graphics section.

To avoid confusion, before doing that, follow my advice in my previous post, this report is kind of familiar, and usually is a result of not increasing the sprite_cache_size to 64, and/or use another blitter than the 32bpp-optimized.

So davidx123, please do try that, before filing other bug reports.
