It's asking you for the location of an already present installation of Transport Tycoon Deluxe. Note that this is not OpenTTD. Transport Tycoon Deluxe is a game that was made some 10 years ago and its graphics and sound files are used by OpenTTD, that's why the installer is asking you for the location of these files.
If you do not own that game, please do not ask in this forum where you can download it from (as it's not legal) - but you'll probably easily find something yourself on the internet.
