Previously, Chiltern E-Day tickets which were mobile or text only are now available on ticket stock and in line with the conditions all other Advance tickets. This is excellent news as it means railcard and child discounts can now be applied, and the tickets can be bought through the NXEC and Trainline booking engines.
Apart from Megatrain, I don't believe there is any other advance purchase ticket that now can't be bought outside standard ticket issuing systems. I'm looking forward to see what happens this September in relation to when millions of ticket fares become Anytime and Off-Peak.

Its good that they are tidying the fares situation up at last. Although thankfully the internet and new station ticket machines have made it easier to get the best deal in recent years, compared to when you had to rely on the muppets in the station to give you the best fare.
