Definitely is. I'm guessing that you don't recognise the old colours.

And what difference does this make at TTD's scale?

The only difference I see there is the window surrounds.

I see a whole lot of differences..

Fact 1: There is now red and yellow painting
Fact 2: The whole train has been refurbished
Fact 3: You are correct about the windows.

Before which they carried the livery shown above.
Fact 2: The whole train has been refurbished
And when do you see the interior of the train in TTD?
Fact 3: You are correct about the windows.
Which is also irrelevant in TTD scale.

Idiot.
Kickme93 wrote:Fact 1: There is now red and yellow painting
Fact 1: Just because it's a different colour, doesn't mean it's a different unit.
Kickme93 wrote:Fact 2: The whole train has been refurbished
Fact 2: This makes no difference to the appearance of the train.
Kickme93 wrote:Fact 3: You are correct about the windows.
Fact 3: I know I am. I'm very good, see.

The point is that even if the paint job has changed, it's still a valid drawing, and as such, a comment like "That's not the Tyne and Wear Metro" is completely wrong.

It is a Tyne and Wear Metro, only predating the one you remember.

You do a bit of research before being so adamant. It prevents you from looking like an idiot.

It's the same frigging type of unit! The only thing that's changed is the colour and the interior.

Nothing else has changed!

What are you... 12!?

Going well isn't it? :P

The livery I have done so far is the livery the majority of units carried before the extensive renovations they received. With my grandparents living in Wallsend, I'm familiar with the Metro too, but remember the yellow/white fondly more so than the red/green/blue that they tend to have now. :)

Play nicely. ;)

Please let me rephrase this with correct grammar:

"Dave Worley, you're just a faggot."

As it stands, I'm not a "fag".

I've moved this, so you can all debate the loveliness of Tyne and Wear Metros in a forum relevant. Now play nice.

Why on earth is this in the general transport discussion forum if it's about some sprite?

And I'm announcing that you're all big girls frothing about paint colours when really, someone of us have better things to froth over:

kickme93: listen here Meredith - who cares about a black window surround of the colour of the seat so long your large behind can park just beside the toilet so you can check your makeup?

Dave Worley: Beverley - you need to remember that you only fag for senior members of the forum like me or born acorn... or have you forgotten that?
