cannot enable new graphic

Hi all I download some new graphic file (.grf)
I'm playing with TTD patch 2.5 beta 9
I created the newgrf folder, then I created the newgrfw.cfg and I wirte the line inside this file, for all graphic file, I changed the ttdpatch.cfg to use newgraphic.
But the game still no use nothing new.
where i'm wrong??

newgrf.cfg should be placed in the folder where TTDPatch is not in subfolder newgrf. When you start a new game you can look in newgrf settings menu to see whether those NewGRFs did load. You can also try OpenTTD where a menu to add NewGRF is present in the game so you won't need to do mess with .CFG files.

Also you can use Nightly Patch because many new graphics require Nightly instead of Beta.
