Heyho,
i've been searching this forum and the web and the wiki since yesterday, but could not found how to disable the possibility of building aiports in multiplayer.
As on many servers i've been the button was disabled.

Configure patches -> Vehicles -> Max aircraft per player -> Set to zero.
