[OTTD] Semmeringbahn/Austria

Today I'm enjoying local-patriotism and present a new scenario to you, my fellow train planners. This scenario features a mountainous region at the border of lower austria and styria, and the Semmering Pass. The Semmering Railway was the first true mountain-railway, and was build between 1848 and 1854. Starting with no newgrfs in 1930, this scenario is actually 90 years late. So better start building, or load DBSetXL.

Some notes:

• North is North, i rotated the heightmap by 45°, and openttd rotated it back.
• I set the difficulty to high, so it may be a bit harder.
• Sorry for the vast amounts of trees, it's realistic, but.. well. it's a bit too much now.
• Mountains are capped at 1600 metres to make the lower mountains visible.
• The actual Semmering Railway goes Gloggnitz->Reichenau->Semmering->Spital am Semmering->Steinhaus am Semmering->Mürzzuschlag
• There should be a rack-railway to Schneeberg, but well.. rocks and snow don't accept passengers.
• Due to realism, there are no oil wells and refineries, the iron ore mines are fairly random, coal mines are quite ok, and the place is full of forests anyway.
• I tried to set Farms livestockier in the mountains and grainier in the plains, but maybe I forgot some.
• The urban areas already have some roads.
