I thought it would be nice to try to learn to draw some graphics for OpenTTD. However, i have no idea how it's done. I'm sure there's information about it, but i couldn't find it on the wiki or in the forums.
I have no idea what resolution the images should be, how to make GRFs at all or anything.
Could anyone point me into the right direction, please?
Making GRFs?

http://wiki.ttdpatch.net has quite a good tutorial if you have enough time to dedicate to learning NFO.
You should also look in the TTDPatch graphics section as that is where most of the newgrf authors (coders and artists) gather.
Don't panic - My YouTube channel - Follow me on twitter (@XeryusTC) - Play Tribes: Ascend - Tired of Dropbox? Try SpiderOak (use this link and we both get 1GB extra space)

http://wiki.ttdpatch.net/tiki-index.php ... phicsSpecs (which is what Ameecher meant to say) also has a brief drawing tutorial, and links to more detailed tutorials.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.
