Where are the waypoints?

I've searched high and low, but I cannot seem to find a download for the Railway Waypoints/Signal Box in TTDP.

Can somebody please guide me in the right direction?

There are some included in MB's newstations. Born Acorn has some on his website which he hasn't put on grfcrawler for some reason.
