Problem with Airports on r9815

I'm playing openttd r9815 with the following grf files:

and this message comes up when I try to build an International or Intercontinental airport
"Invalid string 0 in GetString"
and then:"Assertion failed!
File: /compile_farm/openttd/nightly/compile.../openttd.cpp

Expression: 0"

and there's something wrong with the Long Vehicles set although it works fine.

Did you extract all files from the zip ?

Well... it wouldn't let me. Ther were two folders that just weren't there in the folder I extracted them to. I'll try extracting it properly instead of dragging it.

Wait a minute. I'm sure I did. What could be missing??
