[FIXED] - Problems to start OpenTTD

[FIXED] - Problems to start OpenTTD

When trying to launch OTTD, i get the following messages

OpenTTD
Your 'sample.cat' file is corrupted or missing!

OpenTTD
Your 'nsignalsw.grf' is corrupted or missing!

OpenTTD
Your '2ccmap.grf' is corrupted or missing!

OpenTTD
Your 'airports.grf' file is corrupted or missing!

OpenTTD
Your 'autorail.grf' file is corrupted or missing!

OpenTTD
Your 'canalsw.grf' file is corrupted or missing!

OpenTTD
Your 'erailsw.grf' file is corrupted or missing!

OpenTTD
Your 'openttd.grf' file is corrupted or missing!

OpenTTD
Your 'trkfoundw.grf' file is corrupted or missing!

Error!
No avaliable language packs

But, i have all TDDX files in the /dat folder and that unicows.dll thing is in place. The version of the game is 0.5.1 and my OS is Windows 98.

Please help :(

files should be in data folder i guess, not dat, and you don't need only TTD files but also OpenTTD grf files too, it should come with your ottd version

Typo hehe. But the files are in the right folder.

All the .grf files that were listed as "corrupted or missing" are in the /data folder.

In short, it should work, but it doesn't :(

Where are you running OpenTTD from? I think the working directory needs to be the directory with the data folder in it...
No-one's more important than the earthworm.

You must use the win9x version, not the win32 one.

And unicows.dll is not needed anymore.
