It would probably be a version of OpenTTD made to work on a UIQ3 device (if I'm not mistaken UIQ3 is one of the forms taken by Symbian OS, it's a smartphone OS).

Yes, it's version for Symbian OS, UIQ is its graphical interface. I've found binaries on net but no sources... I would like to do some small changes for me, but without sources it's impossible

Post a message to the person who provided the binaries, asking for the source. He is required by law to send you them.
