TTconfig sharing violation

Everytime I try to run setup, this msg comes up:

Cannot copy TTconfig, there's been a sharing violation, the source or destination file may be in use.

I don't know what else to do. I've restarted the machine and tried again, and I haven't used this ttconfig file...

any ideas?

try TTDPatch Starter ... you can change there everything that it is in TTConifg to ....
