Full screen with win2k and ttdx patched

here´s the way to run ttdx in fullscreen mode under win2k.

1 - Uptdate your win2k to Service pack 3 (avaible in all lang.)
2 - Activate compatibility mode
command line is :
regsvr32 %root%\apppatch\slayerui.dll
where %root% is the path to win2k folder (like c:\winnt)
Then you have the right win2k to use comp. mode with ttdx
3 - install ttdx windows version
4 - unpack patch version 1.81 in your ttdx folder
5 - change options in ttconfig (for fullscreen, mode 3 is ok on my box. 4 or 5 will be fine too)
6 - create a shortcut to ttdpatchw.exe
7 - in properties of this shortcut, check ´use compatibility mode´ and select ´win 95´
8 - then, u can play ttdx in fullscreen mode.

Windows 98 layer should work better and you may need to disable visual themes.
