Problem with the 'Template Building'

Hi.

I've always been looking for this kind of patch and finally found it here.

Well, i tried to install it (copy the extracted OpenTTD_7236.rar into my OTTD-folder]), and this is what happens, when I try to start OTTD:



Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong, or best would be if someone could tell me exactly how to install this patch?!

My PC:

WinXP
P D 830 (3GHz)
2 GB DDR2 RAM
ASUS ATI X1900XTX


PS: I've tried copying the 'copypaste_grf_v5.rar' into the /data folder, even renaming it to 'elrailsw.grf'....it just crashes the game in some other way.
Am I just too stupid?

to be honest, i still can't get it to work.

Do i need the nightly r7236 in order to overwrite the openttd.exe with the one from the OpenTTD_7236.rar?

And if so, where do i get the nightly? I can only find r7194 for Win32...

?

r7194 should be ok so. Its just for the other data files. Download it and owerwrite the files with the files from OpenTTD_7236.rar .
