TTO & TTOWE Farms

The TTO and TTOWE farms i found were much nicer than the TTD farms, fields didnt span all around the farms and therfore you didnt have to pay a premium to build over them.

Maybe im just being pedantic but i liked the simplicity of the old farms.

What do you think??

I disagree - I think the farmland is far more realistic, though admittedly, it's a bit excessive.

The TTD farms. They were more realistic. In the real world, railway companies must build over farms, so you must too. The farm building area in the TTO farm was just too small to be real.

TTO farms maked somewhat sense with the mars looks though.

Otherwise I do as well prefer the TTD behavior, only because it looks more realistic scale-wise. >_>

Hello, does anybody have a patch or know how to make farms in OpenTTD look like in TTO? I want those small farms! Please, if you know how to make them in OpenTTD help me.

Yahummmmm I believe someone did a .grf with it. But I'm not sure if it'd work in OTTD.

It does work in openttd but about the farms it just makes the farmland look yellow like tto farms.
