is this also compatible with OpenTTD?
or only with TTD?

And on the side of that:
--Is a nightly thingy something like OpenTTD or is it a patch? like an add?

It is compatible with OTTD, if you run a nightly that is. Nightlies are development snapshots that are compiled every day at 19:00 GMT.

and how do you install the Project Generic Stations Set?
in what map do you extract it? and what else must be done in order that I can change my stations?

Put the .grf file in the Data folder, then open the OpenTTD.cfg and go to the bottom and add

[newgrf]
nameoffile.grf
