This is my first attempt at creating a scenario, and admittedly it didn't turn out as good as I wanted. Any thoughts/tips for improvement are welcome, and I will put out a new version with the suggestions in it (as well as improved banking next to the river).
The objective is to bridge a river to deliver the raw materials and products used to produce goods. The raw materials and the factories are on opposite sides of the river. For example, ore mine, coal mine, and a factory on one side, stell mill on the other.
There are 4 "choke points" that can be used to cross the river. The river is deep enough so that only a suspension bridge can be used, and only on the choke points. Must use train orders and waypoints. The idea is that you cannot modify the land, such as raise the height of the river, so that you can have other bridges.
The land is flat - done intentionally, all at a height of 448 feet. Lots of trees. I made this "medium", but is is probably "difficult". 6 competitors, starting immediately. Mainly the competitors help build the towns so that you can deliver the goods. No problem making money - it starts a little slow at first, but you quickly start raking in the cash once you can get 2-3 trains running. Start date is 1940.
