[NoBug] Trains no longer 'stop' at stations

Post by fast76 »

Hi all.. I'm new to the forum, so first up: Hi to everyone. I'm also a long time TTD fan and have recently started to use OpenTTD. I have one game pretty far running but somehow I have run into an error that I have on this game, and on new games.

The problem is this: my trains don't 'stop' at the stations, they pass them by. The order list works correctly, so after running through station A the next stations is the new destination. However, without stopping no cargo/passengers are picked up.

I've been experimenting with settings in the game to see if I can fix it, but so far nothing seems to work. I looked at this forum, but I don't see anything like this posted yet. Is this a know issue? Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated! I attached the saved-game that has this problem.

Thanks!

You can use transfer+load option, which will cause passengers to fill empty seats in your train.

You are using the 'non-stop' flag for your orders.

Please read up on http://wiki.openttd.org/index.php/Non-stop and http://wiki.openttd.org/index.php/Orders

You have two options:
1. Remove the non-stop from your orders
or
2. Turn OFF 'TTDPatch compatible nonstop handling' in Configure Patches->Stations
