Incorrect graphics for desal plant

Alpha 56 broke the Desal plant. In that version, and every version since then, instead of the graphics that should appear, the game is graced with something that looks like this.

This appears even if the desal plant is the only file in newgrfw.cfg.

On the off-chance that it's significant, I've attached my config too.

Is the sprite in question set to use colour translation?

Yes. The translation sprite number is set to 0, and the wiki states that
For industry tiles, if [the color translation special sprite number] is zero, but recoloring is turned on in bits 14-15, the color of the containing industry will automatically be applied.
At least part of that is obviously working; there are several different colorings that appear on that sprite, but they are all similarly incorrect.

OK, bug found and fixed :)

It was a small error I made during restructuring the house/industry tile drawing code; it made all new industry tiles to use the wrong recoloring map. The next alpha should fix this.
