[BRAINSTORMING/DEVELOPING] Rijnmond Region Scenario

I think i gonna try to recreate the "Rijnmond" region.

This is a dutch region and will feature the folowing places:

Rotterdam, Schiedam, Vlaardingen, Maasluis, Hoek van Holland, Spijkenisse, Hoogvliet, Albrandswaard (Rhoon/Portugaal). And some more; and i hope i can put these places in it. It will be more a passenger moving scenario i think. One without the tracks and one with it. (A savegame with the maintracks already in place like the Metro/Train etc.)

Maybe in combination with a new Regiontype for Locomotion.
But now i gonna make a rough terrain of the "Rijnmond" area.

Good idea maybe make a few less towns to gain more space for bigger towns and bigger railways
