Problems Running TTDPatch

I followed the instructions in the manual to the letter--unzipped into the folder, ran ttdpatchw.exe. It opens up a command line window and displays the following:

TTDPatch v2.0 rev 1 <Windows> starting.
Warning: Invalid cfg line 'abandonedroads 1'.
Press Escape to abort, or any other key to continue.

If I hit any key besides Escape, it repeats the last two lines, except with "aibuildairchance 5041" instead of "abandonedroads 1."

If I keep hitting enter , it eventually starts up the program...except it does not appear to be TTDPatch at all, but rather default TTD. I have looked through the manual and these forums, and haven't been able to find an answer as to what is happening and how I can fix it.

For the record, I'm running Windows XP Home Edition, and got TTD from http://www.the-underdogs.org/ . I've managed to install and run OTTD successfully, if that tells you anything.

TTDPatch v2.0 rev 1 <Windows>

is your problem. All of those new features require the latest alpha, available from http://www.ttdpatch.net/src.
