Grfcodec problems

Hi,
I had dowloaded Grfcodec, and I ran it, but there is no SPRITES folder.
What is my problem?

You're problem is that you're not telling us how exactly you run grfcodec, what you want to do with it, and what the exact error message is.

I found the problem, thanks.
My problem was that I didn't notice that I need to extract
the trg1.grf from DOS commander.
