XP

Post by HMFC »

AAAAAAHHHHHHH

I got XP and i got the patch that updates it for XP and i installed it but when i try and play it, it says

"16 bit MS-DOS Subystem
TTDX>EXE
The system cannot open COM3 port requested by application. Choose ´Close´ to terminate the application"

and then a second message comes up saying the same thing but COM4 and if i ignore the 2 messages it plays for 30sec or something then closes it´s self.

HELP ne-one

Are you using the Windows version of TTD. If not you will need to get that!

NEVER use MS-DOS programs with Windows XP - It´ll mess you up.
