Need help on PIZZA Tycoon, anyone?

hi. Couple of quick questions. First, I know it's a bit off topic, as this is
for transport tycoon, but this wsgroup was the closest I could find.

1) In the pizza Quattro Stagioni, it lists "Prawns" as an ingredient. Try as I
might, I can't find it for sale anywhere (prawns). Any help here?

2) My depot was robbed, but I have insurance against both theft and the depot,
but when I go to make a claim, the insurance company says something like they
have no evidence of a loss. How can I get them to pay the claim?
