[simu] 1st translated version released

Hello!

A first bi-lingual beta version of Simu (just another transport
simulation) has been finished.
One can switch between english and german language any time from within
a running game. English has been made the default language.

You can download Simu from:

http://hajo.homepage.com/english/download.html#top

If downloads break or if you can't access the page, send a request by
e-mail, I'll also deliver Simu by e-mail for free. Don't bother to ask.

The documentation is not yet translated, schedule was to release a
translated version of the docs on 21st of february.
