[Help]VAM Compost

I am trying to make a wagon and I got 63 png's with the loco pallette
I used the vehicle Creator 0.07 to compile the xml file and then used locotool to make a .dat file.

I know I am a n00b, I must be doing somethink wrong, But I don't know what. I would appreciate if people would take a look at it.
