Btw are you sure the train is inside the depot? Maybe it's stopped right by the entrance

That's a bug, because train is marked as stopped inside depot

Please post your OTTD Version and newgrfs used

Turn on transparent buildings and you'll probably see that the engine isn't quite in the depot properly. Or something.
