Separate but similar to "A problem about the train trac

Basically i have elrails OFF and unified maglev set to "3" (keep separte) but maglev build option never appears. I played to 2050, it didnt appear. I cheated to 3000, still it didnt appear.

If a game saved with elrails off and unified maglev on 1 would it cause this? (for a copy of this save game, look in TTDForum/I got 1000 points in my rating! (OMG) Here's the save- so i dont post it twice.

Also, on the same game, i turned on modern roads. Does it only affect new games?

if you are using some extra trainsets graphic you may not have them

Actually im not, i dont use any graphics sets 'part from urbanisation. That doesnt affect trains or train tracks except it disables higher bridges. Thats beside the point tho...
